What is NovaBrix?

NovaBrix is a fully customisable, interlocking building brick set brand — designed to bring brands, retailers, and campaigns to life through creative, buildable experiences. Each set can be tailored with unique designs, packaging, and branding, making them a fun and engaging promotional or retail product.
Who created NovaBrix? NovaBrix is proudly created and developed by Novelli, a New Zealand-based branded merchandise company with global reach. The concept was designed in-house to help brands connect with customers in a fresh, imaginative, and hands-on way.
WHY was novabrix created? Novelli identified a gap in the market for customizable branded building brick sets. Customers wanted these products for retail and promotional purposes, but other brands were not catering to this market. The brand was developed to meet this demand. 
What have NovaBrix sets been used for?

NovaBrix has been used by leading retailers and brands for everything from in-store promotions and loyalty campaigns to corporate giveaways and retail product ranges. You’ll find NovaBrix on the shelves of international retailers such as ACE Hardware (US), B&Q (UK), and Hornbach (Europe) - as well as in limited-edition brand collaborations.
Who are NovaBrix customers?

Can NovaBrix sets include licensed characters or themes?  Yes, we can collaborate with brand and licensing teams to design themed sets or develop exclusive collections that align with your IP guidelines. 

DESIGN, MATERIALS & PRODUCTION

What are NovaBrix bricks made from?

NovaBrix bricks are produced from high-quality, durable ABS plastic - the same type of material used by leading global brick brands. It’s designed for long-lasting play and perfect brick-to-brick compatibility.
Are NovaBrix bricks compatible with other brick brands?

Yes- NovaBrix bricks are fully compatible with other leading interlocking brick brands, while offering unique, brandable designs exclusive to our customers.
Where are NovaBrix produced?

NovaBrix sets are produced through Novelli’s trusted manufacturing partners in Asia, with quality control and design managed by our New Zealand team. Every set is tested for safety, durability, and fit before shipping.

  
Are NovaBrix products safe for children?  Yes - all NovaBrix products are designed to meet international toy safety standards, including EN71 and ASTM testing, ensuring they’re safe for kids aged 6 and up. 

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

Can we create our own custom NovaBrix set?

Absolutely! Customization is what NovaBrix does best. We work with you to design a set that fits your brand, message, or campaign — including custom models, figurines, printed bricks, branded packaging, and unique inserts or accessories.
What is the ordering process?

We make it easy:
1️⃣ Brief & concept – You share your campaign or brand idea.
2️⃣ Design & sample – Our creative team develops visuals and prototype builds.
3️⃣ Approval & production – Once approved, we manage full production, packaging, and delivery to your markets worldwide.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)? MOQs depend on the level of customisation and packaging required, but typically start from 2,000 units per set.  We’ll confirm exact quantities and options once we understand your project scope.
How long do NovaBrix orders take to produce?  Standard lead times are 12-15 weeks from final approval, including design, sampling, production, and shipping. We’ll always provide a clear schedule upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.

 
Can Novelli ship NovaBrix to multiple countries or retail locations? Yes! We handle global logistics, packaging, and delivery to multiple destinations — whether that’s direct to stores, distribution centres, or individual markets. 

DESIGN AND BRANDING

Do you help with logo design or artwork? Yes. We can work with your existing brand assets or help create new designs, logo placements, and artwork to make your merchandise stand out.
who develops the packaging artwork? Novelli will develop the packaging for NovaBrix sets, including the product boxes and counter or floor display units.  Our in-house Design Team will work with your brand team to incorporate key brand elements into the successful NovaBrix packaging template.  
Can you create custom-made products? Absolutely! Our in-house design team can develop custom products tailored to your brand’s needs — including unique shapes, materials, or packaging.
What branding techniques do you use? We offer screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, debossing, embossing, digital transfers, and more - depending on the product type and finish you want.
Can Novelli help with merchandise strategy or campaign planning? Definitely. We work closely with marketing teams to align merchandise with brand strategy, campaign goals, and customer engagement plans - ensuring every item supports your message and maximises impact.
